Delete my data
You can ask us to delete your TechRight account and the personal information that comes with it at any time. This includes accounts you created by signing in with Facebook or Google.
How to ask

Email techrightcomputers@gmail.com from the email address on your account, with the subject Delete my data. You can also send a WhatsApp message to +233 24 098 6467, and we'll confirm it's you by email.
- 2We reply
We reply within 2 working days.
- 3Your data is deleted
Your data is deleted within 30 days.
What we delete
- Your account (name, email address, phone number and password)
- Your saved delivery details
- Your inbox and support chat messages
- Your product alerts
- The link to your Facebook or Google sign-in
What we have to keep
Records of orders you've paid for, because Ghana's tax and accounting rules require them.
If you signed in with Facebook
You can also remove TechRight from your Facebook account. On Facebook, open:
